LGBTQIA+ Therapy and
Affirming Support
Because you deserve safety, equality, love, and support, exactly as you are.
My online therapy is a safe space for you, whoever you are and however you identify.
I offer hypnotherapy that affirms and respects all sexualities, gender identities, and relationship styles. Free from judgement, this is a place where you can explore your true authentic self, improve your self-worth, confidence and communication.
Whether you identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual (or an identity outside of these terms), you are welcome to my hypnotherapy sessions.
Many LGBTQIA+ individuals face:
Discrimination and stigma
Homophobia or transphobia, both external and internalised
Challenges around coming out
Anxiety, depression, or low self-worth
Self-harm and suicidal thoughts
You are not alone.
In your free consultation, I’ll ask for your name (or preferred name) and pronouns to ensure you're respected and supported from the start.
Get in touch today, whether you’re questioning, transitioning, navigating polyamory, or just need a safe place to explore your mind.
I pride myself (pun intended) on creating a welcoming and inclusive space where you can safely explore and embrace your true self. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling:
More confident and resilient
Embracing self-acceptance
Comfortable in your own body
Free to express yourself authentically
Exploring or coming to terms with your sexual identity can be overwhelming, especially when compounded by mental health challenges or past trauma.
If you're looking for a queer-affirming therapist, I encourage you to reach out. I identify as pansexual and have personal experience navigating relationships and divorce.
You deserve to embrace your true identity fully. Together, we’ll work toward helping you become your own strongest advocate.
“She’s kind, empathetic, genuine and caring, and gives you so much space to feel witnessed, heard and seen, in the knowledge that whatever you bring to your session is safe and held.”
